'television invented. millions stare.'

'Yo momma's so stupid, when i met her at Subway, she asked when the next train was leaving.'

Hello world! how have you all been doing? have you guys been watching mtv and nickelodeon excessively like i have? yes? gimme a high five! no? well you gotta try!

i've always wanted to own a time machine that would allow me to travel through time. should i say 'to time' or 'through time?' i dont know.. whatever it is... i'm super thrilled to say that.. ive found my time machine! yes! my time transportation device is none other than.....
you've guessed it.... the TELEVISION! yes, television really has a way of making time fly.. you watch a few programs, then look at the clock and be amazed.. go try now! i love the after effect of television where i usually stare at the clock and wonder how the day flew by just like that.

we are all on study leave now, we have about a week more to the 'o' levels. this so called study break allows us to stay at home to spend more time on much much more constructive things - studying! yes! it doesnt take a genius to tell you, "hey, you can never ever study in st gabriels secondary school.. especially in '4e6'... or any class for that matter," simply because, the fact is, you cant. i think that basically explains my past four academic years in a nice little nutshell. okay so, we've been given the priviledge to study in a much more condusive environment.... (free the animals, i say)

well now, when you've put yourself at home, in your nice comfy, cosy house, fully fitted with the 'modern conveniences' of today, would you really study most of the time? ah!!! gotcha.. everyone just loves to watch tv... you know, it's such a normal everyday thing.. but you all dont realise how important a role the tv plays in our lives. (except for those of you who sadly, dont watch tv. sad, really.)
the television is a huge time-killer. its not a bad thing, i dont see why people think that watching tv is 'wasting time' because there's nothing like it. you can't beat many many many channels of fine entertainment 24 hours a day. yes, that's what television has to offer, if you havent realised. premium to normal tv is of course, CABLE TV! and that's where mtv and nickelodeon rolls into the picture... if you've wondered why i call television my time machine.. well, it basically helps the day fly by faster. i dont know if its a good thing.. sometimes it is. it's definitely a great way to pass the time! i really love the freedom and escape i get from pressing the button on the remote and watching tv. it's great, it should become a national pastime.. (i bet it already is)

is this a mistake on my part? well.. i like to laugh at my mistakes.. but laughing at others is much better.. it's less self-scrutinizing... therefore, much more healthy.
so dont tell me that i shouldnt be watching tv, because i damn well should! and you should too!

okay take care people, come back next time, bye bye!

look!

Hello blogspot! I have to tell everyone this... ALWAYS READ THE SMALL PRINT!

last weekend was a lot of fun... saturday in particular. we went somwhere on saturday... yes, you know what im talking about. Caracal was awesome as always! i decided to be like kenneff and paolo and be a bit adventurous with myself, so i brought myself there boldly armed with my little cannon powershot a70. i felt really dumb trying to get good photos while standing next to people who were having all those pretty cameras in their possession. and all i had was my dumb device.. but it was alright, i still managed to get some decent shots. i think.Yep thats about it for Caracal at gas haus. if you are wondering why there are two individual photos of field by the way, thats cause he is super sexy. and you know what, we all bought caracal's pins and got free stickers after that gig so it was pretty awesome too. and field i must say i love your shirt. and your pin... and wait.. there's more!

these are of AVA at the weekend trip gig at youth park after that... it was superb.. i think all the bands were damn amazing, especially paris in the making. they were damn good. and not forgetting sky in euphoria! jesus lah! i swear, they made me have goosebumps. i didnt take any photos of them cause i was.. erm, busy? hahah.... anyway, these few are those i took of AVA. if you werent there and youre wondering why field is there, its cause he was HELPING THEM (as he puts it).

blessed with traditional AVA stage presence. heheheh..

(i managed to get field's tip toe thing.. lol)
and jerome came on AVA's set too..

Okay i think im gonna end this with that one. next time, guys!

bye bye!
