hanging out with the people you dont usually hang out with really improves your perspective on things. and on yourself. and in spite of life's brutal shittiness, i think ive got my old self back. listening to all the bands i used to listen to even though everyone may say they are supposedly dead.

and that is why everyone should have a conversation with leon wan when even a java chip blended latte with an oreo cheesecake at starbucks can't cheer you up. by the way, that drink goes superbly well with that dessert, and is a brilliantly crafted foodstuff. hoo yay.
